We're pleased you decided to camp with us. Please let us know if there's anything we
can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
- By making a reservation, you agree that you and your visitors have read and will
comply with the rules stated in this link: (LizardCreekPA.com/camper-agreement.php)
- Sites are for 1 camping unit (i.e. RV, tent, cabin, etc). If you need room for a
second unit, we will happily find a second site near by to accommodate the additional
unit. Sites are Water, Electric, Septic and Cable (W/E/S/C) or Water and Electric
(W/E) and include a picnic table and a fire ring. Fire rings may not be moved.
- Accommodation rates include up to 2 adults and 3 children (under the age of 18) per
site. Requests for additional guests will be considered on a case by case basis but
may not exceed a total of 6 people per site. Additional fees apply
- The number of people must not exceed the number stated when the booking was made
except by prior arrangement, and in any event shall not exceed the capacity as
advertised.
- We allow two pets per RV. Pets are not allowed in tents. We can
not accommodate Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers or Mastiffs. Pets
are not allowed in any buildings except in pet-friendly rental units.
Pet must be supervised at all times while on the campground.
You agree to clean up after your pet and to dispose of the waste in a trash can.
- Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be paid
with Cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express.
- Cancelation Policy:
- Premium Sites & Rentals: Cancelations made at least 15 days prior to
check-in will receive a full refund less a cancelation fee of 15% or $50
(whichever is greater). Alternatively reservations may be rescheduled
once for an additional $25 fee; no refunds for cancelations made with
less than 15 days notice.
- Non-Premium Sites: Cancelations made at least 15 days prior to check-in
will receive a full refund less a cancelation fee of 15% or $20
(whichever is greater). Alternatively reservations may be rescheduled
once for an additional $25 fee; no refunds for cancelations made with
less than 15 days notice.
- If, through circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to make available
the site booked, alternative accommodation may be offered, although this is not
guaranteed. In these exceptions deposits and any other monies would, of course,
be fully refunded.
- Facilities and amenities may be altered or withdrawn if circumstances beyond our
control necessitate this (e.g. Health and Safety rules, drought orders, excessive
rainfall, attack by creek monsters etc).
- We reserve the right to decline group bookings.
- No refunds will be offered if you depart before the end of your reservation.
This includes if we have to ask you to leave because of rule non-compliance.
It’s simple – be considerate and have no worries!
- Sorry, we can accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to goods, or injury or
death to persons, to the extent that such liability can be lawfully excluded. Cars,
cycles, vehicles, motor caravans and tents, together with their contents and any
accessories are left at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of
or damage from or to any vehicle or its contents whatsoever. We don’t expect bad
stuff to happen and take all reasonable precautions to avoid any such incidents and
we ask that you do the same.
- In the event of a complaint, please notify us immediately so that this can be
resolved to your satisfaction during your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot be held
liable for any shortcomings if these are not reported at the time.
- Visitors are allowed but are required to register and pay a fee before entering
the campground. Note that when the campground is very busy we may not be able to
accommodate visitors - please ask about visitors when booking. All day visitors
must depart by 10pm and all over-night visitors must depart by 10am the next
morning.
- Any and all exceptions to these Terms and Conditions will be stated in writing by
email or snail mail. Verbal exceptions will not be honored.
